101 in 1001

What is the 101 Things in 1001 Days project?

A challenge that combines two of my favorite things: lists + goals. This project takes specific goal setting and mixes in a little competition in order to produce true progress. Instead of open-ended goals like “become more physically fit,” this challenge requires specificity like “run a half-marathon” or “go to two Pilates classes every month.”

So here I am and here is my list. This year, I’m choosing to set clear-cut goals because this girl needs specifics and time constraints in order to be successful. I want to focus on everyday wins too, not just the big stuff. I’ll be posting updates along the way, so stay tuned!

About Leah Van Ert

Leah is newly wed to her high school sweetheart and is a church secretary by day and blogger by night. She firmly believes in spending a little extra on high-quality cuisine, sleeping in, and the healing power of a good cup of tea. She currently lives in central Wisconsin where she was born and raised (and, yes, the stereotype is true - we really do love cheese).
